These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website abayasclothes.com (the "Site") operated by Convert Ad Services LLC, trading as Abayas Clothes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Site on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Convert Ad Services LLC, trading as Abayas Clothes, sells abayas and related modest fashion apparel through its online store at abayasclothes.com. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from us.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your bank or card issuer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from customs processing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and design elements, is the property of Convert Ad Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing contact@abayasclothes.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
