Return & Refund Policy

At Abayas Clothes, a brand operated by Convert Ad Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of abayasclothes.com, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made on our Site. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window has expired.
- Gift cards or store credit.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at contact@abayasclothes.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or damage during shipping, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a prepaid shipping label upon request.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an in item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@abayasclothes.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please:

- Check your bank account and credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, in which case the standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@abayasclothes.com.
